On the question of the reality of the implementation of the national project for the formation ofterritories of comfortable life in the Far Eastern region

Abstract. In the system of national projects for the socio-economic development of Russia, a special place is given to the formation of territories of comfortable life in the Far Eastern region, the assessment of the feasibility of achieving this ambitious goal in the indicated mediumterm period, is devoted to the results of many years of research by the authors of the state and tendencies of the organization of district heat-ing in the Primorsky Territory and the city of Vladivostok. The generalization of for-eign and domestic scientific literature, the regulatory
framework used in Russian practice, as well as the analysis of the actual state of heat supply systems made it pos-sible to recognize the low class of their power-to-weight ratio. On this basis, the dis-tribution of the roles of management entities in the implementation of the
national project "Formation of Territories and Comfortable Life" is proposed, and the longterm effects of their activities are assessed.
